Leadership development for female staff

We delivered a program to boost the presence of women in leadership roles in the company. This program was accredited by a business school and continued for two years.

Objetives

The program consisted of: workshops, individualized support from a coach, mentoring and an online platform.

The objectives were to:

  • Teach participants the skills they needed at work: change management, innovation, conflict resolution…
  • Improve participants’ knowledge base: strategy, sales and marketing management, finance, people management …
  • Raise participants’ profile in the company
  • Boost participants’ commitment and proactiveness.

Project details

50 high-potential female staff took part in the program. Their overall valuation of the program was 9.8 out of 10.
